WHAT IS PPCT?
Developed by Mr. Bruce K. Siddle, PPCT (Pressure Point Control Tactics) is the world’s first subject-control system grounded in tactical, legal, and medical research. Designed to be both court-defensible and physiologically sound, the system has become a global standard in professional use-of-force training.
Recognized internationally as the Father of Modern Use-of-Force Science, Mr. Siddle revolutionized how law enforcement, military, and tactical professionals train for high-stress encounters. His pioneering research in neurophysiology and combat performance under stress laid the foundation for modern defensive tactics. He is also the developer of Survival Stress Reaction Theory; a model now used by elite agencies worldwide to understand and improve officer performance during real-world engagements.

The Threat Pattern Recognition Use of Force (TPR UoF) Instructor System is the first subject control system developed through a combination of tactical, legal, and medical research.
