I agree to instruct the course according to the certification guidelines of PPCT Management Systems and that payment for this order is guaranteed in a timely manner. I understand that failure to comply with this agreement could result in the suspension of my own personal certification,  as well as that of the personnel I have trained in the course number indicated.
